James is a shareholder of the Company and is very experienced in managing prestigious projects, he is our principal designer and has designed a number of exciting projects for well-known brands.
James is Industrious and his ambition for P & M is unflagging. He is professional and forward thinking and the perfect choice to lead P & M continuing to make the business thrive.
James is an avid Spurs fan. In his spare time he loves to cook and spend time with his wife and two young children.
Eddie Mark – Chairman
Eddie started his apprenticeship back in the 70’s where he met lifelong friend Mick Powell. Together they formed P & M Electrical Services in 1986.

The partnership was strong and together they built the business up to where we are today. In 2014 Mick retired and Eddie appointed James Mark as Contracts Director with 3 new shareholders so he could hand over the reigns. These days Eddie has retired but still passes on his valuable expertise and shrewd business skills. He will always be a huge part of P & M.
Eddie has a big personality and is very well respected and liked. His approach to the staff is like being the head of a big family and his loyalty and kindness is reciprocated.
Eddie loves cooking, seaside walks, golf and is a lifelong Crystal Palace Fan but most of all he enjoys spending time with his 4 grandchildren
Justine Nightingale – Executive Director of Finance
Justine joined P&M Electrical in 1995 as PA to the Directors, Justine is now CFO and works closely with the Managing Director for the day to day running of the business. She is also a shareholder and oversees the HR, Business Development and Finance teams.

Justine’s professionalism and attention for detail is critical to our Project team to ensure the handover process is completed making sure all documentation is completed to a high standard.
When not working, Justine enjoys spending time with her family and is a proud mother to two grown up girls who are both doing well in their own careers. Justine loves to travel and can rival Judith Charmers for places visited.
Rob Mark – Executive Director Principal Duty Holder
Robert started his electrical journey when he was just 16 completing his apprenticeship and working his way up to Senior Project Manager. Robert is a shareholder in the Company.

Rob is our NICEIC qualifying Manager who oversees all testing and commissioning on every project to ensure our work meets the required standards and up to date Regulation changes.
Outside of work Rob’s passion is spending time with his family and taking his two boys to play in football matches, he is a Big Crystal Palace fan and attends home and away games cheering on his beloved Eagles!!
Alan Gunn – Executive Director of Operations
Alan started life at P&M in 1999. His role is to oversee and provide support to the Project team. He has worked on some of our largest projects to date.

Away from the office, Alan is a dedicated family man spending time with his Wife, Children and grandchildren, he loves nights out and following his beloved Chelsea.
Stuart Carpenter – Contracts Manager
Stuart has worked for P&M for 8 years, starting on the tools and through taking on more and more responsibility has recently been promoted to Manager. He takes care of all our labour, ensuring the smooth running of our projects.

Stuart likes to adopt a “think outside the box” attitude to overcoming challenges on site.
Stuart is very much a team player and believes through a team effort is how great things are achieved.
When not working Stuart spends most of his spare time in the greenhouse and the garden. He is the proud father of two wonderful daughters and supports Crystal Palace.
