This was a total new installation of Lighting, Power, Fire & Security to 5 floors including a new modern extension Annex. The main building was stripped out and refurbished merging the latest technology lighting and power systems with period architecture. A grand staircase with feature pendant lighting hanging at various lengths to light all levels. With modern task and general lighting to tenants and landlord areas. An impressive chandelier within the reception and stylish pendants within offices. Small power has been installed throughout the building maintaining the period style of accessories. New mains & sub mains has been installed to a new switch room and electrical risers. A new Fire Alarm & Security system has been installed within the building.
