We have installed a 300amp MCCB panel to serve sub distribution boards for North, South, East wing, PDU’s for patch rooms and Mechanical DBs. High level mechanical spurs were installed on the cable tray terminating into 13amp spurs adjacent to fan coil units, all again wired in 4mm LSF T & E cable. Other radial and ring circuits have been installed in the same system to feed cleaners sockets, kitchen, toilets, CCTV, Door Access and Fire Alarm points. The lighting has been installed in 2.5 LSF T & E cables terminating into Lighting Control Modules positioned to suit the floor layout. A mixture of daylight and movement sensors control the lighting. The main open areas have recessed Cirrus fittings with a mixture of Erco wall lights, Deltalight Minigrids to bulkhead, Rope Light to cove and other lighting to individual offices, kitchens, toilets and shower rooms.
