The project consists of two terraced buildings incorporating a lower ground floor and five upper floors over ground to fourth floor. The building also incorporates a courtyard to the rear. We have supplied electrical distribution within the dedicated electrical riser located adjacent to the toilet core. The main office areas have suspended modular luminaires and downlights controlled by in-telligent lighting control system. External Lighting and Feature lighting and Fire alarm and Security was also installed.
